Shipping policy

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Many Guerrilla the Market products are printed or manufactured after you place your order. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Available production and delivery estimates are shown on the product page or at checkout. Timing varies by product, fulfillment location, destination, and shipping method. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and public holidays unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING RATES AND DESTINATIONS
Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are displayed at checkout. We currently ship only to destinations supported by our checkout and fulfillment partners.
TRACKING AND SEPARATE PACKAGES
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.
Orders containing multiple products may ship separately and arrive on different dates. Any shipping charges are disclosed at checkout.
DELAYS
If we cannot ship within the stated shipment timeframe, we will contact you with updated information and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. We will obtain consent to delays when required.
Carrier disruptions, customs processing, and other circumstances may affect delivery after shipment. Contact us if your package is significantly delayed so we can investigate.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes may be unavailable once production or shipping has progressed.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer or an unclaimed package, we will contact you about available options. Any proposed reshipping charge will be disclosed before you agree to it. Charges caused by our error will not be passed on to you.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact Steven@GuerrillaTheMarket.com with your order number.
We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. A delivery scan alone does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs handling charges may apply. Charges collected by our checkout will be shown before payment. Unless stated otherwise, charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or customs authority.
Customs processing may affect delivery timing.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products do not require physical shipping. Access or delivery instructions will be provided through the method stated on the product page, such as email, a download link, or an external access link.
